Gempak99 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document contains the rules and conditions governing your use of the gempak99 platform. Please read carefully before registering or using any of our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms and User Eligibility

By accessing, registering, or using the gempak99 platform in any way, you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

To register and use gempak99 services, you must:

  • At least 18 years old or have reached the legal gambling age in your jurisdiction;
  • Having full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements;

  • Act on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.

Gempak99 reserves the right to verify user eligibility at any time and may request identity verification documents such as ID cards, passports or other supporting documents. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

2. Account Registration, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Creation and Management

Each user is allowed to have only one active account on gempak99. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited. If detected, all duplicate accounts may be suspended or terminated, and any balances may be forfeited without prior notice.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information. You are responsible for updating your account information if any changes occur. Providing false or misleading information during registration may result in immediate account termination.

Password and Account Security

You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials, including your username and password, confidential. gempak99 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to protect your account information.

You must notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. gempak99 reserves the right to take any necessary actions, including temporary suspension of accounts, to protect your account security.

User Responsibilities

  • Users are prohibited from using the platform for any illegal activities, fraud, or manipulation;
  • Use of any automated software, bots, or tools enabling unsupervised automated betting is prohibited;
  • Users must not abuse bonuses or promotions in ways that violate the specified bonus terms;
  • Any attempts to hack, disrupt, or interfere with the platform’s functions are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

3. Payments, Transactions and Financial Policy (MYR)

All financial transactions on the gempak99 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that all payment information provided is accurate and valid.

Deposit

Deposits to your gempak99 account can only be made through approved payment methods listed on our platform, including but not limited to local bank transfers, FPX, and supported e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits may apply and vary by payment method. All deposits are final once processed — no cancellations of successful deposits will be accepted.

Withdrawal

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method or those approved by gempak99. We reserve the right to request identity verification before processing withdrawals. Withdrawal processing times range from one to five business days depending on the method and verification required. gempak99 is not responsible for any bank fees or third-party transaction charges.

Suspicious Transactions

Gempak99 reserves the right to withhold, investigate, or cancel any transactions suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activities. We also reserve the right to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities without prior notice to the users concerned.

4. Suspension, Account Closure and Liability Limits

Gempak99 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasonable causes including but not limited to:

  • Users have violated any provisions in these Terms & Conditions;
  • Suspected fraud, manipulation, or illegal activities;
  • Failure to submit requested identity verification documents;
  • Using multiple accounts or abusing promotions;
  • Instructions issued by regulatory authorities or law enforcement agencies.

If an account is closed due to terms violations, gempak99 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in that account. For closures requested by the user or due to other non-violation reasons, any valid account balance will be returned following standard withdrawal procedures subject to required verification.

Platform Liability Limits

Gempak99 and its affiliated companies, directors, employees and agents are not liable for any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform, including but not limited to loss of money, data or business interruptions.

Our platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties about fitness for purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted service. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Amendments to the Terms

Intellectual Property

All content on the gempak99 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, downloadable digital content, and data collections, are the property of gempak99 or its content providers and protected by applicable Malaysian and international intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Any reproduction, distribution, public broadcast, modification, or commercial use of our content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

Links to Third-Party Sites

The gempak99 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for user convenience only. gempak99 does not operate, control, or guarantee the content, privacy policies or practices of such third-party sites. We are not responsible for any losses or damages resulting from your use of third-party sites.

Amendments to Terms and Applicable Laws

Gempak99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Revised terms take effect immediately upon being posted on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes indicates acceptance of the updated terms. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms regularly.

These Terms & Conditions and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Malaysia.
